This is a chart recording the results of a democracy and power line Mike Orrfelt and I did with members and officers of the Coalition of University Employees in 2001. (See also the Mosh Pit activity in Chapter 5.)
It is interesting to look at the line (click on the image to get a slightly bigger version) and see what you can conclude, or speculate, based on the placement of the stickers. Which categories show everyone sharing a similar assessment? Which are the least clearly defined (stickers all over the chart)? Which categories show polarization? What questions would you ask, if you were facilitating this discussion, based on this democracy and power line?
